Dual MSIE/MBA Weekend Executive program makes it possible to earn two separate degrees at the same time, a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering (MSIE).
It is a 57 credit hour program that starts every January and is completed in two years and one semester. Classes are held on Saturdays and during intersessions.
A bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline, an acceptable GRE score, and at least 3 years of work experience is required.
- Students (other than University of Miami graduates) applying for graduate admission to the College should submit three letters of recommendation from individuals familiar with the applicant’s abilities and background. Students who hold a bachelor’s degree in a field other than Industrial Engineering may be admitted to the graduate program and to candidacy upon completion of appropriate undergraduate deficiency courses, in addition to the regular requirements for the graduate degree. A student’s overall program is planned by the student and the Graduate Advisor.
