Minor Area of Specialization in Organizational Leadership (P&S)
With a minor in Organizational Leadership, students will have the opportunity to supplement the intellectual depth in their chosen fields of study and enhance their contributions within these fields by leveraging leadership knowledge and approaches in their work.
Curriculum Requirements
The 12-credit-hour minor in Organizational Leadership consists of the following:

All courses must be completed within the current pre-requisite structure. No one course may be applied toward more than one major and/or minor area of specialization in the Department of Management. (i.e., no double counting).
Note: All specific coursework for any minor in the Department of Management must be completed with a grade of “C” or higher. A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 is required for all specific coursework taken in the minor area of specialization.
